Today was the weigh in for week 3. I didn't gain or lose a pound. Which could be OK. I have been doing strength training so it could be muscle building in place of the fat. Like I said, my goal weight is 156. It will take over a year to happen and when it does, I'll have a lot of muscle in place of fat, which prevents fat from coming back. I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!!!!
I'm still upset...I'd be lying if I said I wasn't. It's OK though. I told myself that I will begin a stricter diet is I did not see any results this week. So the diet will be next on the agenda to TEAM SKINNY =) I CAN DO THIS!!!!!!
So I took yesterday off from exercising. I spent the day with brother and his ex-gf Melanie. So we went to the beach, and I swam a bit, but I was there to get some sun. Today I worked legs, the gym was slammed so I didn't get the opportunity to work my butt and the second of my abs workout. Oh well. Then I went and ran 2 miles. I was suppose to do 3 but my legs were sore. I don't want to kill them and I'm enjoying running so I want to take it slow and not hurt my legs. I will not be doing my half-marathon BUT I will be doing my 5K. So excited =) Anywhoo, I'm watching the Olympics. Tomorrow I'll be working hard again! BYE BYE
